This privacy policy and terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you personally (“you”) and NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd.

Also, access to the SITE may be temporarily suspended or restricted in order to maintain the site or introduce new activities or services.

NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd will make every effort to ensure that access to the SITE is uninterrupted by electronic transmission and error free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, uninterrupted access and absence of errors cannot be guaranteed.

The data and personal information provided by USERS/CUSTOMERS is used by NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd to manage orders, process payments, communicate with USERS/CUSTOMERS regarding orders.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

б. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. is the owner of all rights in the eLearning Materials that are protected by law and applicable international laws, treaties and conventions regarding intellectual property rights, including trade secrets.

в. You agree to use adequate means to protect the eLearning from unauthorized use, copying, distribution or publication.

г. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms and Conditions, including the right to modify and improve the eLearning.

д. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. does not grant any express or implied right to users of the eLearning to the information in the eLearning.

GRANT OF RIGHTS

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. grants the users of the eLearning the right to use the content of the eLearning for personal use.

The user may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reproduce, advertise, distribute, transfer or share, use in any other way /including by reworking, translation, etc./ the eLearning or any part thereof.

The user may not make a copy or copies of all or any part of the content of the eLearning, including for archival purposes.

DISCLAIMER

The eLearning Content is provided “as is” – without warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. does not warrant that the eLearning will meet your requirements or needs or that it is free from defects or errors, fault-tolerant or fail-safe, or that all discrepancies can or will be corrected or that use will be uninterrupted.

NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd shall be entitled to correct, amend or supplement the e-learning. These shall be made in scope, volume and time at the discretion of NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd’s discretion under this clause shall not serve as grounds for any claim or action by you for payment of damages or otherwise. You shall not be entitled to any damages, claims or other forms of claims arising from the need for corrections, adjustments or additions.

RULES OF USE AND PRICES

1. The rules for the use of e-learning of NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. may be changed at any time by updating the “General Terms and Conditions for e-learning”. These changes are public, effective immediately and are binding on all customers.

2. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd has the right to change prices without prior notice, customers pay for courses at the prices that were current at the time of enrolment.

USE OF SOFTWARE AND LEARNING SYSTEMS

The distance learning software and platforms that you will use when taking e-learning courses developed by NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd are copyrighted and owned by the respective manufacturers.

REGISTRATION

Each user is entitled to one registration /with one profile/. If more than one profile /account/ registered by one person is established, NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. shall have the right to delete all profiles /accounts/ of the respective user without being liable for the payment of damages, penalties and refund of amounts received from the respective user, respectively from the deleted profiles /accounts/.

METHOD AND TIME OF DELIVERY OF THE GOODS/SERVICES SOLD TO THE CUSTOMER AFTER PAYMENT

The e-learning services on the website are provided exclusively via the Internet. After payment for the respective e-learning you will receive within 48 hours after confirmation of payment by e-mail, your access to the respective resource, and you will be provided with a password and username.

Procedure for making an online purchase:

4. Pay for the training.

Currency:

The transaction currency for payment is Bulgarian lev (BGN).
