This privacy policy and terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you personally (“you”) and NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement” or “Terms and Conditions”) constitute an agreement between you (as a user and/or visitor) and “NIT-New Internet Technologies” Ltd. concerning the terms and conditions under which store.nit.bg offers the information, products and services provided on or through store.nit.bg.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you provide to us. In this regard, we would like to share with Bac the principles that form our privacy policy.

NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. collects certain information through the store.nit.bg Website, our Facebook page or through Gооglе Аnаlусѕ.

This document describes our policies and procedures governing the collection and processing of such information that identifies an individual user and may be used to ĸoĸt with that user (“Personal Data”, “Personal Information”). NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of its users.

Our privacy policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use and safeguard the information you provide to us, and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our services.

The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. “You” refers to you, as a user of the service. By accepting our privacy policy, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your personal information.

NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd recommends that you keep the username and password you use to log in/use the SITE confidential to avoid unauthorized access through your user account. Thus, whenever you access/use the SITE using your account (username and password), you are assumed to be responsible for all actions that will be performed when using this account.

By accessing/using the SITE, USERS and CLIENTS agree to take all necessary measures that the security of the password will not be disclosed by third parties.

The information provided at registration must be correct and complete. Please note that you are responsible, including criminal liability, for any statements/records/false data provided.

NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd reserves the right to deny any USER access to the SITE, terminate an account or cancel ORDERS, including confirmed orders.

Also, access to the SITE may be temporarily suspended or restricted in order to maintain the site or introduce new activities or services.

NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd will make every effort to ensure that access to the SITE is uninterrupted by electronic transmission and error free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, uninterrupted access and absence of errors cannot be guaranteed.

The data and personal information provided by USERS/CUSTOMERS is used by NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd to manage orders, process payments, communicate with USERS/CUSTOMERS regarding orders.

Personal data means any information serving to identify a natural person, or its equivalent; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identification number or on one or more parameters of his physical identity – psychological, mental, economic, cultural or social.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the password reset email.

Providing personal data to third parties We will not share your personal data with third parties. We may transfer your personal information to third parties only with your explicit consent or when the transfer is necessary for the performance of obligations under a contract between you and NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. As noted above, we compile ratings for use of the Service from data collected through billing. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can automatically recognise and approve all subsequent comments, rather than holding them in the moderation queue.

б. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. is the owner of all rights in the eLearning Materials that are protected by law and applicable international laws, treaties and conventions regarding intellectual property rights, including trade secrets.

в. You agree to use adequate means to protect the eLearning from unauthorized use, copying, distribution or publication.

г. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms and Conditions, including the right to modify and improve the eLearning.

д. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. does not grant any express or implied right to users of the eLearning to the information in the eLearning.


Subject to these Terms and Conditions, NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. grants the users of the eLearning the right to use the content of the eLearning for personal use.

The user may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, reproduce, advertise, distribute, transfer or share, use in any other way /including by reworking, translation, etc./ the eLearning or any part thereof.

The user may not make a copy or copies of all or any part of the content of the eLearning, including for archival purposes.


The eLearning Content is provided “as is” – without warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. does not warrant that the eLearning will meet your requirements or needs or that it is free from defects or errors, fault-tolerant or fail-safe, or that all discrepancies can or will be corrected or that use will be uninterrupted.

NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd shall be entitled to correct, amend or supplement the e-learning. These shall be made in scope, volume and time at the discretion of NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd’s discretion under this clause shall not serve as grounds for any claim or action by you for payment of damages or otherwise. You shall not be entitled to any damages, claims or other forms of claims arising from the need for corrections, adjustments or additions.


1. The rules for the use of e-learning of NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. may be changed at any time by updating the “General Terms and Conditions for e-learning”. These changes are public, effective immediately and are binding on all customers.

2. NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd has the right to change prices without prior notice, customers pay for courses at the prices that were current at the time of enrolment.


The distance learning software and platforms that you will use when taking e-learning courses developed by NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd are copyrighted and owned by the respective manufacturers.


Each user is entitled to one registration /with one profile/. If more than one profile /account/ registered by one person is established, NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd. shall have the right to delete all profiles /accounts/ of the respective user without being liable for the payment of damages, penalties and refund of amounts received from the respective user, respectively from the deleted profiles /accounts/.


The e-learning services on the website are provided exclusively via the Internet. After payment for the respective e-learning you will receive within 48 hours after confirmation of payment by e-mail, your access to the respective resource, and you will be provided with a password and username.

The transaction currency for payment is Bulgarian lev (BGN).
