The consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from a distance or off-premises contract without giving any reason and without paying any costs, except for transport costs.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of conclusion of the distance contract/ purchase of the product.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal under Article 16 pursuant to DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and repealing Council Directive 85/577/EEC and Directive 97/7/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union.
(c) the supply of goods made to the consumer’s order or unambiguously personalised;
(m) the supply of digital content which is not delivered in a tangible medium, where performance has been initiated with the prior express consent of the consumer who has acknowledged that he is aware that he will thereby lose his right of withdrawal.
Conditions for withdrawal and refund
You may cancel your participation up to 14 days after the purchase of the training if you have not used the educational platform of NIT-New Internet Technologies in case you are our first-time customer or the start of the purchased training in case you are a returning customer using the same login and password. Your use of the platform starts when you log in with the username and password provided. In case you use a history account to log in to the training platform – if you have been our customer in the past – your use of the training starts with your first login.

Withdrawal and refund procedure
The user must send a written cancellation to the e-mail address office@nitbg.com
NIT-New Internet Technologies Ltd will acknowledge receipt of the cancellation and notify the user of its opinion in writing.
If the participant has accessed the digital content, no refund is possible.
If the customer has complied with the opt-out provisions and policy, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 10 working days.

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
