  • Module 1: Fundamentals of Crowdsourcing
    Learn the basic principles of crowdsourcing, its history, and why it is a powerful tool for citizen participation. We will explore examples from Iceland and Finland, showing how citizens can be involved in decision-making through crowdsourcing.
  • Module 2: Practical Examples of Crowdsourcing
    Explore successful examples from the crowdsourcing initiative on air quality conducted in 10 European countries, and learn how to structure the crowdsourcing process within your organization.
  • Module 3: Technological Solutions for Crowdsourcing
    Discover how to build and manage digital platforms for crowdsourcing, examining important aspects such as technology selection, security, and scalability.
  • Module 4: Communication Strategies for Crowdsourcing
    Learn how to create successful communication campaigns to attract and engage citizens. We will explore techniques for message framing, storytelling, and using different media channels to reach a wider audience.
